从计算层面的功能模拟到系统神经层面的机理测试与发现; 从传统工程技术实现与优化到科学问题定位与解决; 筚路蓝缕,计算机科学与技术、生物医学工程、机电工程多学科融合与积累;积跬步以行千里,为学生铺就从工程师迈向科学家的道路。 在脑科学仪器装备方面,重点研究侵入式阵列脑电电极植入与信号采集技术,研制多模态影像融合的脑区自动定位、视觉导航的组织精细穿刺、锋电位分类与特定神经元定位追踪、基于信号质量与定位的植入效果反馈与参数适配等关键技术,开发电极植入与信号采集分析协同的侵入式脑电实验系统,开展工程转化与临床测试,实现侵入式脑电植入与信号采集技术完整技术体系。 在脑功能干预层面,重点研发侵入式脑认知功能多模态干预技术,以动物实验与人体实验相结合、行为学与生理生化数据相结合的研究手段,从细胞分子到体行为等不同尺度开展系统研究,获取认知能力的时变规律及差异分析;探索脑结构、神经环路、以及皮质灰质等结构与功能的自适应变化与机制;研究大脑信息传递与大脑协同的生物学和神经机制,绘制多尺度微重力特有环境下认知行为相关的脑功能图谱;通过典型认知任务下认知行为的变化,建模行为内在变量与脑功能及神经活动关联,探索脑认知的基本原理。从神经环路、脑区核团、神经生理等层面探索巩固记忆和潜意识植入等的维持和增强认知能力的原理和理论,揭示其作用机制。研制非侵入式物理刺激和包含行为训练的干预工具集,采取特定干预下人体非侵入式观测与动物侵入式精准观测联合分析的方法,探索维持和增强认知能力的神经生物学原理。基于动物模型的机制研究,探索有效提升脑力作业能力的基因、分子机制等。 认知智能&群体智能(方向招收计算机和数学学科背景硕士博士研究生) 名称 培养目标:未来认知智能领域科学家、群体智能工程领域总师 高动态、不确定、资源受限、环境复杂:复杂的系统工程 高质量传感数据处理、共享及多源信息融合技术,提升无人集群系统的分布式态势感知能力; 无人集群系统的通用/开放式信息体系架构,提升无人集群系统的场景适应能力和异构无人自主系统间的互操作能力; 研究可引导、可信任、可进化的集群无人系统规划、决策与控制技术,提升无人集群系统的鲁棒性和智能化水平。 博弈与对抗是群体智能的重要功能与表现形式,从推动新一代人工智能发展、支撑国家重大战略决策从容应对国际危机角度,全面掌握面向博弈与对抗的群体智能理论与技术体系,有效提升群体智能的对抗博弈能力,具有重大理论与现实意义。群体智能作为认知智能高级形式,其潜在应用具有面向高动态、不确定、资源受限、复杂环境下的系统工程内涵属性。重点研究针对多智能体强化学习中状态和动作空间大,设计高效多智能体强化学习训练算法,突破高动态对抗环境下群体智能学习面临的学习要素改变、学习模型时效性弱、群体智能量化度量等难题;研究对抗目标非透明情况下全局态势的分布式生成方法及对抗目标意图快速辨识,形成自主智能集群协同状态感知、态势评估及预测方法,构建群体智能迭代与进化。 DARPA在人工智能领域正在和计划开展研究项目 Low-level CV &自然图像先验模型(招收计算机与数学背景博士研究生) 名称 培养目标:未来可解决Low-level计算视觉核心问题的领域科学家 理论证明自然图像先验建模早期相对独立的两大流派视觉信息稀疏表达先验与滤波器响应视觉先验内在的本质关联(2016);
