He presided over and participated in more than 10 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and provincial or ministerial Science and Technology Foundation. He obtained 5 invention patents and published over 40 related papers. He won the title of “Tianjin outstanding management of technological innovation" and the Fifth Tianjin University "top ten" graduate supervisors. He is currently the chairman of Tianjin Power Supply Society and the review experts of projects and scientific and technological progress awards of Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission. He is the reviewers of over 10 domestic and abroad publications.
