叶邦策

个人简介 叶邦策:博士生导师,教育部“长江学者”特聘教授(2014年),教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划学者(2007年),上海市教委曙光学者(2006年),上海市科委优秀学科带头人(2011年);中国生物医药协会生物芯片委员会委员,中国仪器仪表学会分析仪器分会第六届化学传感器专业委员会委员,中国微生物学会分子微生物学及生物工程专业委员会委员,全国生化检测标准化技术委员会委员,上海市生物信息学学会理事;Biotechnology & Applied Biochemistry期刊副主编,Biotechnology Journal编委,“合成生物学”期刊编委。2016年教育部自然科学二等奖,2008年荣获上海市技术发明二等奖,2007年荣获明治乳业生命科学奖。近年来在Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, Cell Chemical Biology, J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Anal Chem, J Biol Chem, Mol Microbiol等期刊发表SCI论文300多篇,SCI引用近10000次。申请中国发明专利21项,其中获授权8项;申请美国专利及PCT专利各1项。已培养硕士博士研究生60多名(优青获得者、985高校教授、上海科技青年35人引领计划人选、国外知名大学留学、高科技企业创业等)。先后主持了国家 “863”项目、合成生物学专项课题、国家自然科学基金(重点项目、科学仪器专项、面上项目)、教育部科技研究重大项目、上海市科委重点项目等。主要研究方向:工程生物学及生物医药(A) 合成生物学及智能生物系统设计解析微生物细胞与培养环境(宿主细胞)的信息和物质传递机制,设计微生物细胞内传感、记忆、反馈调控及不同代谢模块耦合等生物调控回路,开展微生物转录调控、翻译后修饰、合成生物工程研究;致力于智能生物系统设计及诊疗应用,如构建内源信号感知的基因调控分子机器、蛋白药物展示及免疫治疗、工程化益生菌智能感应及原位诊疗体系(肠道炎症及肿瘤)等。(B) 分子机器与生物传感研究及临床应用生物分析及生物传感高灵敏新方法的基础理论和临床应用研究。如基于生物芯片方法新型高通量分析技术平台及仪器开发;纳米生物分析技术及微流控生物传感系统设计;基于CRISPR-Cas的检测及生物成像方法;细胞内活性分子原位分析新方法研究;血液循环核酸的高效富集、检测方法研究等。 近年来发表的15篇代表性论文:1.         Jing Wu, Yuheng Shi, Xiaoyan Pan, Shuang Wu, Ruixia Hou, Yong Zhang, Tiansheng Zhong, Hao Tang, Wei Du, Luying Wang, Jing Wo, Jingfang Mu, Yang Qiu, Ke Yang, Lei-Ke Zhang*, Bang-Ce Ye*, and Nan Qi*.
