He is the director of environmental science department. He was born in February 7th,1978 and is a native of Hebei Province. He received his PhD from Peking University, China in 2007 and received his B.S. and M.S. from Tianjin University, China in 2000 and 2003, respectively. He focuses on water environment and environmental planning. Recently, he studies on environmental water chemistry and drinking water safety assessment in Tibet. He has published more than 35 papers in peer-reviewed international journals. And he is a guest editor of Journal of Cleaner Production.
