From April 2020 to present, he has worked full-time at Southern University of Science and Technology as a research assistant professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering. Mainly engaged in scientific research on semiconductor materials, microelectronic devices and micro-nano processing. Research directions include metal oxide thin film transistors, digital droplet microfluidics, flexible electronic devices and sensors, radio frequency identification and data storage devices.
