He is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Microelectronics, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. He has authored or co-authored more than 30 publications on journals and conference proceedings. He is a co-author of the book Adaptive Digital Circuits for Power-Performance Range beyond Wide Voltage Scaling (Springer, 2020). His research interests include ultra-low power VLSI circuits, self-powered sensor nodes, hardware security, general-purpose compute-in-memory, and cryogenic CMOS circuit design.
