综合介绍 General Introduction PI简介:张文宇,西北工业大学教授,博导。2010年6月毕业于苏州大学生物信息学专业,获理学学士学位。2010年9月至2015年底为苏州大学和美国芝加哥大学联合培养博士,研究方向为系统生物学和演化遗传学。2016年底至2022年夏在德国马克斯-普朗克演化生物学研究所进行博士后训练,主要从事动物群体基因组学方向的研究工作。2022年9月入职西北工业大学生态环境学院,担任动物进化与生态基因组学课题组组长。张文宇博士长期从事动物适应性进化和复杂性状遗传创新机制的研究。前期主要以小家鼠、果蝇等动物为研究系统,通过采用系统生物学、进化遗传学、分子生物学实验等多学科交叉策略,重点研究了动物适应进化过程中新起源基因的演化模式以及重要性状的遗传机制。主要学术贡献有:1)首次实验证实了复杂数量性状的“全基因遗传模型”(omnigenic model),为GWAS研究中“消失的遗传率”这一现象的出现提供了新的见解,更新了 领域内通常使用基因编辑实验对GWAS关联基因进行验证的合理性的认知(Current Biology 2021; Molecular Ecology 2020);2)阐明了逆转座起源新基因在物种内微进化过程的功能演化模式,证实了尽管小部分的逆转座新基因 拷贝有可能在短时间内快速获得适应性进化功能(Mol. Biol. Evol. 2022),但大多数新近产生的逆转座基因拷贝对个体存在有害影响,进而受到强烈的负向自然选择作用被快速从群体中清除(PNAS 2021);3)阐明了新起源基因的网络演化模式和功能演化机制,揭示了新基因从网络边缘逐步进入网络 内部,并演变为高度连接中枢基因的网络演化过程,并发现一些新基因在整合到原有基因网络的过程中获得了重要的生物学功能(Genome Biology 2015; Sci.
