个人简介         杭伟,浙江工业大学机械工程学院副教授。主要从事软脆材料的超精密加工制造,半导体基片加工技术与装备,入职以来主持国家重点研发计划-战略性科技创新合作、国家自然科学基金(面上、青年)、科技部国际杰青项目、中国博士后基金面上项目、浙江省自然科学基金、横向项目等数10项,在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Ceramics International、Precision Engineering、Int. J. Adv. Manuf. Technol.、J. Manuf .
