任娇艳,华南理工大学食品科学与工程学院教授、博导,2020年入选教育部国家级高层次人才计划,第十二届中国青联委员、全国学校食品安全与营养健康工作专家组专家、教育部新世纪优秀人才、广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授、广东省卓越青年团队基金获得者、首批广东特支计划科技创新青年拔尖人才、广东省杰青。担任中国食品科学技术学会特殊食品分会第三届理事会理事、国际食品营养与安全协会理事、广东省食品学会青年工作委员会常务副主任兼秘书长。主要从事食品营养与健康研究领域,主持国家自然科学基金3项、国家重点研发计划课题、首批广东省自然科学基金团队等省部级以上项目14项,横向课题20项。获教育部自然科学二等奖和广东省科学技术二等奖等省部级奖项2项,获第二十四届全国发明展览会发明创业奖金奖、省轻工协会科技进步奖、粤港澳高价值专利各1项。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文102篇,总引5362次,他引5246次,H-index为43,ESI高被引论文6篇。申请专利87件(PCT3项),授权专利62项;参与制定国家标准4项;主持省级鉴定成果4项。担任《Food
