Welcome to Jian Wu Group (Fluid Mechanics) 名称 Jian Wu was born in Jiangxi, China, in 1985. He received the B.Eng. degree in thermal energy and power engineering, the B.B.A. degree in business administration, and the M.Eng. degree in refrigeration and cryogenic engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Harbin, China, in 2006, 2006, and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in fluid mechanics from the University of Poitiers, Poitiers, France, in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a Research Engineer at PPRIME Institute, University of Poitiers, Poitiers, France. From November 2014 to Jauary 2015, he was as a Visiting Researcher with the University of Seville, Seville, Spain. From 2015 to 2016, he worked as a Research Engineer at GeoRessources Lab, University of Lorraine, Nancy, France. Currently, he is working as a full Professor with the School of Energy Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He has co-authored more than 100 peer-reviewed journal papers (30 with the journals of JFM, PoF, PRE, PRF) and more than 60 conference papers. His research interests include electrohydrodynamics, Fluid–structure interaction problems, and computational fluid dynamics.
